We then set up In2Care Mosquito Stations around the perimeter of your property, these stations not only kill adult mosquitoes but also their larvae and pupae. Adult mosquitoes will lay their eggs inside the station, then transfer a high dose of the adulticide to other breeding sites before collapsing and dying. OUR MOSQUITO CONTROL PROCESS
Mosquito Inspection
A Pest Specialist will conduct a thorough inspection of your property and customize a Mosquito Defend treatment program to meet your needs. During our inspection, our Pest Specialist will inspect the exterior of your property, look for any containers holding water or that has a potential to hold water. Our Pest Specialist will also make note of areas that provide potential for standing water and all shaded resting sites. One of the best ways to reduce mosquito breeding is to remove stagnant water. Changing water in birdbaths, pet dishes, flowerpots and urns, etc. on a weekly basis is recommended due to the seven-day life cycle of mosquitoes. Some mechanical alterations of potential water-containing items (using drain plugs / drilling holes) will prevent them from retaining water.
Exterior Mosquito Abatement
Once application of the UltraViolet Xtreme based insecticide is applied, our Pest Specialist will proceed to install In2Care Mosquito Trap(s) based on the layout of your property. The stations are refilled and maintained monthly by our specialist.
